| 在渤海湾北部区域布设11个采样点,于2024年8月采集上覆水和沉积物样品,运用三维荧光光谱、平行因子分析及主成分分析(PCA)等方法,研究丰水期上覆水与沉积物中溶解性有机质(DOM)的组分构成、来源及空间分布差异。结果表明:研究区沉积物以粉砂为主,占比为9089%,沉积物有机质均值为2374 g/kg,C/N均值为2036,陆源有机质为主要来源;三维荧光光谱结合平行因子分析共识别出2类陆源类腐殖质组分与1类内源类蛋白组分,沉积物类腐殖质组分占比更高,上覆水类蛋白组分相对更高;上覆水和沉积物DOM的荧光指数(FI)值均接近14,证实DOM以陆源输入为主,沉积物腐殖化指数(HIX)更高,DOM结构更稳定,上覆水自生源指数(BIX)更高,内源贡献突出;PCA第一、二主成分累计方差贡献率达735%,可表征水体自生源DOM与沉积物陆源DOM特征。 |

| 11 sampling points were set up in the northern Bohai Bay, and overlying water and sediment samples were collected in August 2024 Three dimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy(3D EEM), parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC), and principal component analysis(PCA) were adopted to investigate the compositional characteristics, sources and spatial distribution differences of dissolved organic matter(DOM) in overlying water and sediments during the wet season. The results showed that the sediments in the study area were predominantly silt, accounting for 9089%. The average sediment organic matter content was 2374 g/kg, and the average C/N ratio was 2036, indicating that terrestrial organic matter was the primary source. 3D EEM combined with PARAFAC identified two terrestrial humic like components and one autochthonous protein like component. The sediment samples exhibited a higher proportion of humic like components, while the overlying water showed a relatively 〖GK!87mm〗higher proportion of protein like components. The fluorescence index(FI) values of DOM in both overlying water and sediments were close to 14, confirming that DOM was primarily derived from terrestrial inputs. The sediments exhibited higher humification index(HIX) values, corresponding to more stable DOM structures, while overlying water had higher 〖HK〗biological index(BIX) values, suggesting prominent autochthonous contributions. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first and second principal components in PCA was 735%, which could characterize the signatures of autochthonous DOM in water and terrestrial DOM in sediments. |
