| 以汾河下游沿岸农田土壤为研究对象,于2024年10月开展野外样品采集与微塑料含量检测。利用微塑料的多样性分析和随机森林回归模型对影响微塑料的因子做重要性排序,解析微塑料污染来源。结果表明,汾河下游农田土壤微塑料丰度范围为29554个/kg~66738个/kg,低于黄河流域其他地区;微塑料种类以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为主,透明、红色和黄色的微塑料占比超过50%,05 mm~1 mm的纤维状微塑料占比较高;经济活动和农业生产是影响农田土壤微塑料来源的直接因素,农用塑料薄膜和灌溉直接导致微塑料的含量上升,污泥的农田回用致使农田中微塑料不断富集;微塑料被动物和植物吸收后会影响食物链的安全,同时也会对深层土壤和地下水环境造成潜在风险。 |

| Taking farmland soil along the lower reaches of the Fenhe River as the research object, field sampling and microplastic concentration detection were carried out in October 2024. Diversity analysis of microplastics and random forest regression model were used to rank the importance of factors influencing microplastics, and to identify the sources of microplastic pollution. The results showed that the abundance of microplastics in the lower reaches of Fenhe River ranged from 29554 items/kg to 66738 items/kg, which was lower than that in other areas of the Yellow River basin. The types of microplastics were mainly polyethylene terephthalate(PET). Transparent, red and yellow microplastics accounted for more than 50%, and fibrous microplastics ranging from 05mm to 1mm occupied a relatively high proportion. Economic activities and agricultural production were the direct factors affecting the source of microplastics in farmland soil. Agricultural plastic film and irrigation directly led to the increase of microplastics content, and the reuse of sludge in farmland led to the accumulation of microplastics. Microplastics, when absorbed by animals and plants, could affect the safety of the food chain, while also posing potential risks to deep soil and groundwater environments. |
