      采用加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法荧光检测器测定环境空气中的苯并(a)芘,以乙腈/水为流动相,检测器激发波长为290 nm,发射波长为430 nm。方法线性良好,检出限为0.08 μg/L,当采样体积为1 080 m3时,最低检测质量浓度为3×10-7 μg/m3(标准状态下),实际样品加标回收率为87.2%~109%。与超声波萃取法相比,两种方法回收率相近,而加速溶剂萃取法乙腈用量更少。

      Benzo(a)pyrene[B(a)P] in ambient air was determined by accelerated solvent extractor (ASE)-HPLC. B(a)P was separated by reversed phase HPLC under a gradient elution with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase and detected by fluorescence detector with an excitation wavelength 290 nm and detection wavelength 430 nm. When sampling volume was 1 080 m3, the minimum detection concentrations was 3×10-7 μg/m3. The recoveries of B(a)P by ASE were 87.2% ~ 109%. Both ASE and ultrasonic extraction (UA) had high extraction efficiency. Compared with UA, ASE showed the advantages of low acetonitrile consumption and environment friendliness.
