在对离子色谱分析的研究过程中, 建立了以0.12 mmol/L Na 2 CO 3 和0.15 mmol/L Na 2 HCO 3 为淋洗液, 12.5 mmol/L H 2 SO 4 为微膜抑制器的再生液, 用HPIC- AS3 串联 HPIC- AG3 的色谱系统 , 一次进样50 mL 可在8 min 内检测出μg/L 级的F- 、CH 3 COO - 、HCOO -、Cl- , 方法简便、经济快捷。 经实验, 甲酸、乙酸的检出限分别为2.56 μg/L 和17.4μg/L,F- 、Cl- 为1.8 |

Inthe analysis with high-effective chromatography ofions,the drip washliquid was 0.12 mmol/L Na 2 CO 3 and0.15 mmol/L NaHCO 3 ,theregenerativeliquid was12.5 mmol/L H 2 SO 4 , andthesystem wasserieschromatography of HPICAS3 and HPIC-AG3. For50 mL sample, within no morethan 8 minutes, F - , CH 3 COO- ,HCOO - and Cl - upon L g/L levelcanbe detected.Inexperiments,thedetectionlimitof methanoicacid andethanoicacid w ere2 1 56 L g/L and17 1 4 L g/L,thedetectionlimitofF - and Cl - were1.87 μ g/L and 8. 82μg/L.Itsrelativestandard deviation w as within 0.4% and 2.0%,andtherecovery w as within 97.7% and103.5%. Allthesesatisfiedthe needofanalysisof F - , Cl - andlow-carbonorganic acid(such asmethanoic acid,ethanoic acid). Theothernegativeions(NO -3 , SO 2-4 , PO3-4 )could bealso detected afteronlyincreasetheconcentration ofdrip washliquid. |
