| 以过硫酸钾代替铁氰化钾作氧化剂, 在pH10± 0.2 溶液中, 用4- 氨基安替比林萃取法比色测定低 浓度挥发酚, 于460 nm 处有最大吸收峰, 在0μ g/250 mL~ 15μg/250 mL 范围内符合比尔定律。4次校准曲线相关系数为0. 999 9~ 0. 999 4。相对标准偏差为0. 2%, 回收率为91% ~ 97% 。显色反应的选择性、稳定性、重现性和准确性均较好。氧化剂较稳定, 易保存、无毒性。 |

| Totake potassium persulfate asoxidant. Forthesolution with pH value10±0.2,thelow-concentration volatilephenol was detected with colorimetric estimation. There had maximum absorption in 460 nm. Within 0 μ g/250 mL ~15μg/250 mL,itconformedto Beer c sLaw. Therelativecoefficientoffourstandardcurves was0. 999 9~ 0.999 4,relativestandard deviation was0.2%,therecoveryrate w as91% ~ 97% .
