| Theprincipleandoperation methodof manometic methodto determinesewage ’ sBOD 5 insewageplant were discussed. The sampling amountand calculation coefficient were worked outaccordance withthe determination limitof BOD 5 . This manometric method wascompared with dilution methodin detectionofbiochemicalinput waterand output water. The detectionresult with manometric method washigherbecauseoftheexistenceof mixing during detec tion. So,itisnecessaryto evaluateeveryday detection datato find whetherthere had mistake. |
