利用非离子表面活性剂Triton X -114 的浊点现象萃取, 以二苯碳酰二肼为显色剂, 采用分光光度法测定水中痕量六价铬, 优化了试验条件, 考察了共存离子的干扰。 方法在0 mg/L ~12. 0 mg/L范围内 线性良好, 检出限为0.0015 mg/L, 标准溶液测定的RSD为2.7% , 水样加标回收率为98.1% ~ 102% 。 |

A method wasestablished fordetermination trace Cr( Ⅵ ) in waterby spectrophotometrywith diphenylcarbohydrazide ascolorrevealagentand cloud pointextraction ofsurface active agentTriton X-114. The experimentalconditionswereoptimized and effectofinterferingion wasobservedto producethefollowingresults:goodlinearityin the range from 0 mg/L to 12.0 mg/L, the detection limits0.001 5 mg/L, the RSDsofthestandard solution 2.7% ,the recoveriesofwatersamplesfrom 98.1% to102%. |
