      以正己烷/丙酮混合溶剂 ( 体积比为 1 ∶ 1) 为提取剂, 采用 Florisil 柱净化、气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定土壤中菊酯类农药残留 , 优化了 提取条件。4 种菊酯类农药在 0. 010 mg/L ~ 1. 00 mg/L 范围内线性良好, 方法检出限为0.005 mg/L ~ 0.010 mg/L, 甲氰菊酯回收率为 85.2% ~ 103% ,RSD 为 2.3% ~ 5.4%; 氯氰菊酯回收率为 80.5% ~ 103% ,RSD 为 2.8% ~ 6.7%; 氰戊菊酯回收率为 80.2

      4 pyrethroid pesticidesin soilwere determined by GC/ECD with extraction ofsolution 〔 V (hex ane) ∶ V (acetone) =1 ∶ 1 〕 and purification of Florisilcolumns. By optimizing extraction condition the results showed goodlinearity; resultsshowed goodlinearityrangingfrom 0.010 mg/L to1.00 mg/L of4 pyrethroid pes ticides; detectionlimitsofpyrethroid pesticidesbetween 0.005 mg/L and 0.010 mg/L; spiked recoveriesoffen propathrin between 85.2% and 103%; RSD offenpropathrin between 2.3% and 5.4%; spiked recoveriesof cypermethrin between 80.5% and103%; RSD ofcypermethrin between 2.8% and 6.7%; spiked recoveriesof fenvalerate between 80.2% and103%; RSD offenvalerate between 2.3% and 6.0%; spiked recoveriesofdel tamethrin between 80.8% and103%; RSD ofdeltamethrin between 2.4% and 6.2%.
