采用液液萃取 、气相色谱氮磷检测器同时测定水中吡虫啉和氟虫腈, 以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂, 考察了提取酸碱条件的影响 。吡虫啉和氟虫腈分别在 1.00 mg/L ~20.0 mg/L 和 0.500 mg/L ~10.0 mg/L 范围内线性良好,检出限分别为0.018 mg/L 和 0.004 mg/L ( 按取样体积 200 mL,定容体积 5 mL 计 ),标准溶液平行测定的 RSD 分别为 12.2% 和 5.6%,基体加标回收率分别为 79.6% ~90.1% 和 98.5% ~104%。 |

Thefiproniland admirein watersample were determined by gaschromatograph with nitrogenphosphorusdetector ( NPD GC ) using dichloromethane asextractantto observetheinfluence ofacid and alkaliextraction conditions. Theresultsshowedthatthe goodlinearranges were1.00 mg/L ~20.0 mg/L forfiproniland 0.500 mg/L ~10.0 mg/Lforadmire. The detectionlimits were0.018 mg/L and 0.004 mg/L ( samplevolume200 mL andextractantvolume5 mL ), RSD ofparallelstandardsolutionfrom 12.2% and5.6% , recoveriesof matrixfrom 79.6% to90.1% andfrom 98.5% to104% forfiproniland admire , respectively. |
