| The current status and foundation of the management of auto monitoring equipments'operation in pollution source were introduced. It points out that the current control measures exist such problems as the confusion of the subject of responsibility, unworkable, inconsistent policy, logical mistakes in the use of data, and the ambiguous administrative behavior property, et al. Some advice were proposed that the data use system should be established, the assessment and site supervision rules should be in motion, the measuring verification of auto monitoring equipments should be carried out, the assorted rules and regulations should be legislated, and the rules of comparison and site supervision should be simplified. Then such achievements will come as differentiating responsibility, standardizing the market, simplifying the program and strengthening the activity and purposiveness of managerment. |
